For the achievement or trophy, you only need to collect 22 of the 24 stations. It's a glitch.

Heart of Darkness
M-Com station 1: After you’re attacked by a boat, you will be instructed to find and drive a boat yourself. You will eventually need to dock and will be ambushed by AI wearing swamp themed gillie suits. Straight ahead of you is a wooden patio at the bottom of a hill, and two AI should be attempting to stop you from reaching it. To the right of the patio is some enemy AI that is trying to lead you straight through the mission, but at the top of the hill is a shed where the M-Com station is hidden.
M-Com station 2: This M-Com station should come after the first, straight after being informed an air supply has been delivered near you. Just before you reach the air supply, you will come across the station. If you need any more help just refer to the picture.
Upriver
M-Com station 1: After you’re finished sniping off the AI you will have to regroup with your team-mates. If you follow the designated route, or take a short-cut through the river then you will stand atop the pier and should hopefully be near two boats that are parallel to each other. If you’re not, then find them. Follow the metal railing and you’ll eventually come to one of the shacks, the first one you will find has station inside.
M-Com station 2: When you reach three AI on one side of the bridge, and a broken truck on the other, you are now in the right location. Battle up river against AI and you’ll come to a new village with enemy patrol towers. Beside the furthest patrol tower is a small building and inside that building is the M-Com station.
Crack the Sky
M-Com station 1: You will be instructed to climb up various stairs to get to a small village, although when you reach the road with two stop signs you will be given a choice: press onwards or climb another flight of stairs. At the top of these stairs is a small shack, a sniper and an M95. Inside the shack is the M-Com station. I've destroyed the shack so you can see inside it.
M-Com station 2: This station is right beside the vehicle you have to steal later in the mission. If you take a hard left from the vehicle you will have to blow wooden door, take two rights and you’ll find the station. If you enter vehicle you will NOT be able to get out, so get the station before doing so.
Snowblind
M-Com station 1: As you descend down the mountain you will come to a small clifeside which will stop you from turning back. On your far left is a house with a shed very close to it. Inside that shed is your station.
M-Com station 2: After heading further down the mountain you will reach a road that leads into a small village. There should be a house on the right, and a house on your left that has a flare on it. Enter the first house and climb the ladder to reach the station. Inside your house there should be two beds without mattresses and a bathtub.
Heavy Metal
M-Com station 1: After being instructed to pilot the UAV, you'll have to get out of your tank. Look around until you see a windmill and behind it, an enemy watch tower. Climb up the hill to the enemy watch tower and the station should be beside it.
M-Com station 2: After you destroy the villa with the M-10's that you call in. You will enter it and go up the street. There is a MG shooting at you. A couple houses from the “targeted house” on the left. The bottom-half of the house is red. You will find the M-Com station inside.
High Value Target
M-Com station 1: Destroy the enemy and then continue onwards towards the air supply. Pick up any weapons you need and move forwards just a little bit - just past the first house - and on the right is the station beside a half destroyed house.
M-Com station 2: You should be bombarded and must sprint to various objectives. Eventually you will come to a river with three enemy AI and a tunnel that leads into the sewers. To the left of all this, before the river is the station.
