Real-World Background: A legend of its own in the world of small arms, the Dragonuv SVD departs from the western ideas of what a sniper rifle is, but the same basic capability of extended range of engagement holds true. The SVU has the same merits and then adds a suppressor and a bull-pup design, making a very stealthy sniper that can put multiple bullets down range without any sort of indicators as to where it fired from (as though a sniper weren't hard enough to locate before.) Later evolutions of this silenced sniper concept would evolve from the SVU, one of those being VSS.

Notes for Usage: If you've got a good hide and a clear firing lane, you'll be pissing a lot of people off with the SVU. Medium damage, high accuracy, and and low rate of fire. The scope feels kind-of strange with how this gun fires, but it doesn't demand an alternate optics. The clip is adequate enough, but reloading should be done regularly. Don't waste you're time with each shot for the SVU, fire until you're target is eliminated.

Optics: Stationary targets are no problem for this guns scope, but mostly you'll want one of the other optics. An RDS makes for quite an effective weapon, particularly on defense when a concealed position is easy to set up. ACOG is much the same, but simply better for the extended ranges.
